I am absolutely stunned and stoked to find out y'all are still around! The 10 seconds or so of Sound the Surrender in a commercial for some mix-tape style cd set used to haunt me in college in like 2004 😅. I lost track of a lot of the bands I listened to around 2015, and it's awesome to see how many are still around now (and I have an entirely new album to find it looks, which is even better!)

The fact they dropped this album in 2024 is insane. The evolution of this band in incredible.

Music should be an escape. It should make you feel something, whatever IT wants you to feel. It should draw something out of you. Even the thrash bangers. This whole album brings me bliss. This song makes me swell with emotion. This is how you make metal art. And I couldn’t be happier to be a darkest hour fan. Great fucking job guys.
